1. Shipping Information
Free shipping within Belgium on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery within Belgium takes 2–5 business days via bpost/PostNL.

EU Shipping
We offer shipping to other EU countries. Shipping rates vary by destination and order weight. Please contact us at daniel@garden-stack.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey to your door.
2. Returns Policy
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Consumer Right)
In accordance with EU consumer law and Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. This is your legal right as a consumer.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We go beyond the legal minimum. If you are not completely satisfied with your Garden Stack product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
Return conditions:
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Items must be unused and in resaleable condition
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email)
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at daniel@garden-stack.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive instructions: We will provide you with a return address and any necessary return forms.
- Ship the item: Package the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the provided address.
- Receive your refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Defective or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs. Contact us and we will arrange a prepaid return label.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (via Stripe).
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, we may offer a partial refund or return the item to you.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at daniel@garden-stack.com with:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damage or incorrect item
- A description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Warranty Claims
For defects that appear after delivery and within the warranty period, please refer to our Warranty Policy. All Garden Stack products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
