Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

All Garden Stack products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771 on the sale of goods and Belgian consumer protection law.

2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery
• Material failures that occur under normal, intended use
• Functional defects that prevent the product from performing as described
• Structural integrity issues arising from faulty production

3. What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Misuse or abuse: Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions
• Modifications: Damage caused by unauthorised alterations, repairs, or modifications to the product
• Normal wear and tear: Natural degradation from regular use over time (e.g., fading, minor scratches)
• Cosmetic damage: Superficial marks, scuffs, or discolouration that do not affect functionality
• Improper storage: Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or conditions not recommended in product care instructions
• Acts of nature: Damage caused by floods, storms, frost, or other natural events

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us by email at daniel@garden-stack.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim”.
2. Include the following information:
   • Your order number
   • A description of the defect or issue
   • Photographs clearly showing the problem
   • Date of purchase/delivery
3. Evaluation: Our team will review your claim and respond within 5 business days.
4. Resolution: If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
   • Repair the defective product
   • Replace it with an identical or equivalent product
   • Issue a full refund

We will cover return shipping costs for all valid warranty claims.
